French auto-entrepreneur threshold increase 2026 — has anyone seen the official décret?
There's been talk since late 2025 about raising the auto-entrepreneur (micro-entreprise) turnover thresholds for services from €77,700 to €85,000. Several news outlets reported it but I cannot find the actual décret in the Journal Officiel.
My clients are asking whether they need to switch to régime réel for 2026 or if the new thresholds apply. I don't want to advise based on press articles.
Has anyone seen the official text? Or is this still in draft?

Update: found it. Décret n° 2025-1414 du 22 décembre 2025. The new thresholds apply from 1 January 2026. Services: €85,000. Sales: €188,700. Auto-entrepreneurs already registered don't need to do anything unless they exceed the new limits.
I haven't seen the French décret but Spain had the same confusion last year with the módulos threshold changes — announcements in the press months before the BOE publication. I'd hold off advising until you see it in the Journal Officiel. If clients are borderline, plan for both scenarios.
