I am the Founder & CEO of Wealthfield Advisors Ltd, providing Fractional CFO and strategic finance services to businesses that need stronger financial clarity, cash flow visibility, management reporting, forecasting, internal controls, and commercially focused decision-making support. As a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and over a decade of experience across audit, accounting, financial management, and CFO advisory, I help businesses build the financial structure required to grow with confidence. I began my career in a leading audit firm, where I spent six years advising a diverse portfolio of clients, including financial services institutions, SaaS companies, real estate firms, consultancies, venture capital entities, and family-owned businesses. This experience gave me a strong foundation in complex financial operations, regulatory compliance, governance, reporting, and business advisory. Through Wealthfield Advisors, I work with businesses that need senior-level financial leadership without necessarily hiring a full-time CFO. My focus is on helping owners and management teams improve financial visibility, protect cash flow and margins, strengthen budgeting and forecasting, develop meaningful KPIs, enhance internal controls, and make better strategic decisions.
