Supervised the yearend inventory counts activities of some of our clients. Prepare monthly invoices of the firm for our clients and carryout follow to ensure the invoices are being settled. Managed accounting, payroll, and tax filings for an NGO and various business clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Conducted physical inventory count for multinational energy firms (GLOBELEQ), discovering and resolving discrepancies. Reviewed tax & CNPS declarations, resulting in recommendations that reduced client tax liabilities by approximately 13%. Reviewed client's annual inventory procedures and discovered some do not have appropriate inventory procedures for goods received and shipped during inventory count which may led to the risk of inventory being double counted and consequently misstated. Assisted in the preparation of a presentation on the changes in the 2024 Finance Law. Reviewed the 2023 DSFs filed by some of our clients and discovered that a client who was supposed to have a tax credit paid a balance. To this, recommendations were suggested. Assisted in the preparation of commercial proposals. Review expenditures during audits to ensure that they are in line with the company’s operational plans and policies. The accounting and monthly declarations of taxes on revenue, VAT, IR, and CNPS of the workers with the help of SAGE Comptable. Monthly payroll preparation of clients using the SAGE Paie software. Review and follow up on the various accounts payable and receivables of clients to ensure that they are up to date. Assisted in preparing IFRS financial statements for SOCAPALM and its subsidiaries. Assisted in the preparation of DSFs of clients for the 2023 financial year. Participated in the year-end Physical inventory count of our clients TRADEX & SOCATAM which led to the discovery of damaged and obsolete stocks amounting to 15% of its inventory value.
