Scope
Section 37A applies to "securities" as defined, which includes: - Shares of a **public company** listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). - Vouchers of Pakistan Telecommunication Corporation, modaraba certificates, instruments of redeemable capital. - Debt securities (corporate debt instruments listed in Pakistan), Term Finance Certificates, Sukuks. - Units of an open-end mutual fund and units of an exchange-traded fund (where so prescribed).
