There is no GENERAL tax-free band, no standard deduction, and no marital/dependant adjustment for salary. But it is wrong to tell a taxpayer that no relief exists at all: Tax Code Article 82 grants specific personal exemptions to defined categories — for example individuals engaged in agricultural production, and certain protected categories, on taxable income up to GEL 3,000 / GEL 6,000 in a calendar year.
