Calculate Murcia regional credits for ordinary Spanish resident IRPF in 2026, for a taxpayer whose community of residence under LIRPF art. 72 is Murcia. Covers separate income tests for housing, families and care; housing conditions and preserved entitlement; water, renewable energy and electric transport; gifts and qualifying equity. Each row gives the credit's amount, cap, income gate, sharing rule and article, with incompatibilities and any carry-forward the law allows. Use for deducciones autonómicas Murcia, regional IRPF credits, alquiler, nacimiento, family, housing and gift relief in Murcia. Load es-irpf-deductions first for the residence test, the deduction ledger, the state and regional order of credits, the attributable-tax worksheet, national credits, deadlines and penalties, and es-income-tax for the bases and scales. Sourced from the law. This revision has not had an independent whole-pack review or accountant sign-off. Calculate regional credits after establishing tax residence and the taxpayer's facts. This Guide holds the Murcia catalogue of es-irpf-deductions, moved here unchanged on 6 November 2026, so that each Guide stays within the size the site can deliver. Specific unresolved interactions are listed in Sources.
An ordinary IRPF resident whose community of residence for 2026 under LIRPF art. 72 is Murcia. A regional credit reduces regional tax, not the income base. Before applying any row below, use es-irpf-deductions for the residence test, the deduction ledger, the state/regional order of credits, the national credits, deadlines, penalties and the questions to ask, and es-income-tax for the bases, scales and minima. Where a row below refers to "the attributable-tax worksheet under The base", that worksheet is es-irpf-deductions-attributable-tax; national credits, the deduction ledger and any calculation "above" outside this catalogue are in es-irpf-deductions. Basque and Navarre residents use es-foral-income-tax; an IRNR taxpayer or an art. 93 incoming worker does not take these credits.
All amounts are EUR. BI means the specified sum of general and savings taxable income before base reductions (base imponible); BL means base liquidable after the relevant reductions. Use the definition in each row: an income limit based on BI cannot be replaced with gross salary, BL or take-home pay. The table year is 2026 unless a transition is stated.
Use the separate housing, care and energy income tests. Most listed ceilings refer to general BI plus savings BI, but the tenant, old-home and household-care routes use different measures. A strict below limit excludes equality; a no more than limit includes it. Do not transfer a 30,000/50,000 family-credit limit to a 40,000 disability test or the family-unit 34,000 childcare-contributions test (DL 1/2010 art. 1).

The infant-education credit covers custody, food and exclusively school-use clothing at authorised, registered first-cycle centres; pre-enrolment/enrolment count as custody. Reduce the expense base for relevant public aid, retain invoices through the limitation period, require cohabitation/minimum entitlement and share equally on individual returns where several parents/guardians/adopters qualify. School books/materials cover the second infant cycle, primary and compulsory secondary stages. The paying ascendant must qualify for the minimum; share among entitled claimants and subtract each child's relevant public aid from the 120 credit, not simply from an expense base to which an invented rate is applied. Birth relief uses each parent's pre-existing child count; joint filing with different orders adds the individually calculated halves (art. 1.Tres/Ocho/Nueve).
Household-care relief requires the registered household employer to contract and contribute for the worker, receive employment/economic-activity income and satisfy the route's other family conditions. In the under-12 route the relevant spouse/partner must also meet the parent/family-unit and earned-income conditions; use the family-unit income ceiling. In the older-person route use the claimant's own ceiling. Both 400 credits can coexist for the same claimant only with different workers for the different care functions, combined cap 800. The unpaid-fostering credit requires a person over 65 or disabled at least 33%, no relevant regional fostering aid and the specified certificates. Its fourth-degree-relative exclusion concerns the over-65 fostering case. Divide entitlement equally among simultaneous qualifying claimants (art. 1.Once/Doce).
The working-woman route requires qualifying employment/self-employment registration. Child relief is proportionate to days worked. A dependent is an ascendant over 75 or an ascendant/descendant disabled at least 65%, cohabiting more than 183 days; one person cannot generate two of this route's child/dependent amounts. Single-parent relief excludes cohabitation with outsiders except qualifying minimum-entitled ascendants. Its eligible children are minors or disabled adults with non-exempt annual income no more than 8,000, including the statutory dependent specialised-centre cases and assimilated guardianship/fostering. Other cohabiting non-qualifying descendants do not destroy relief if their non-exempt income is no more than 8,000. Where family circumstances change, apply the statutory at-least-183-day cohabitation rule. Include the qualifying children's exempt maintenance in the 35,240 ceiling (art. 1.Catorce/Dieciseis).
Language tuition must be extracurricular foreign-language learning by minimum-entitled children in the listed infant/primary/secondary/baccalaureate/vocational stages; share between cohabiting entitled parents and retain payment evidence. Sport covers the taxpayer, spouse and minimum-entitled relatives for gyms/sports centres, federation membership, qualified coaching, Pilates and yoga, but excludes the statutory periodic social/nonprofit sports-club dues. Retain compliant invoices. Internet must be for exclusive habitual-home use, not economic activity; exclude a simple supplier switch where the earlier contract was made in a prior year and a new line alongside a continuing prior-year line. Apply the 300 cap across simultaneous contracts, split between entitled cohabitants and use it only once per taxpayer/home (art. 1.Diecisiete/Dieciocho/Veintidos).
For the 5% young-home route, include eligible acquisition/rehabilitation and financing payments. Acquisition must be a qualifying new home: first transfer after the declaration of new construction within three years. Apply the statutory rehabilitation conditions and habitual occupation/three-year retention with necessary-move/death exceptions. The maximum annual base is max(0, 9,040 − national transitional home-deduction base), excluding the national disability-adaptation base from that subtraction, and the regional credit is still capped at 300. Apply the incorporated previous-home/reinvestment, joint-filing and net-wealth rules. The statute's wealth-test sentence repeats “end” rather than supplying a valid beginning/end comparison; AEAT's explanation expressly invokes the national wealth-increase rule. Do not execute an impossible year-end-versus-itself comparison (art. 1.Uno; AEAT home explanation).
The tenant must be aged 40 or below, a legal large-family member or disabled at least 65%; one spouse can satisfy the age test on a joint return. The regional home must actually be occupied as habitual residence. The tenancy's transfer-tax form must be submitted by IRPF accrual, except where its own filing period has not yet ended, when filing within that period suffices. Pay the landlord by card, bank transfer, named cheque or account deposit and retain invoice/receipt; cash does not qualify. Neither claimant nor family-unit member can hold more than 50% of full ownership or a real use/enjoyment right in another home. No home-investment deduction entitlement is allowed that year. Joint marital-property spouses share even with only one named tenant; two entitled taxpayers share the amount and the per-contract 300 cap (art. 1.Trece).
Large-family home acquisition must occur within five years of attaining legal large-family status or a later birth/adoption; an adjoining property physically united into a larger home can qualify even with separate registry titles. Sell the former habitual home within five years unless the case is an adjoining-property enlargement. New useful floor area must be more than 10% greater, using the combined area for the adjoining-property case and cadastral evidence. The 5,000 annual base includes qualifying acquisition and financing costs, net of mortgage-hedge receipts. Apply the ten/fifteen-percent rate for at most fifteen years; recapture with interest on failure of the sale/enlargement condition. It is incompatible with the ordinary young-home deduction for the same home; AEAT distinguishes the preserved old-home route (art. 1.Uno.9/Quince; AEAT home explanation).
The preserved 1998–2000 claimant cohort has 2% relief for qualifying payments, or 3% if general BI minus personal/family minimum is below 24,200 and savings BI no more than 1,800, with the old statute's new-home/other conditions. The subsequent old youth cohorts use the current art. 1.Uno requirements, including current age, rather than obtain lifetime youth status from a prior claim. Keep national pre-2013 transitional home relief separate. The incorporated original-law base/cap is supplied below; do not substitute the current youth route's 300 cap (DT 1; AEAT old-home guidance).
1998–2000 preserved-home base and cap, source-derived incorporation method. Current DT1.1 expressly requires the rest of original Ley9/1999 art1.Uno, not just its new-construction condition. The original operative text includes acquisition/qualifying rehabilitation costs borne by the taxpayer and, for borrowing, principal repayment, interest and other financing costs. It also imports the previous-home/reinvestment, joint-filing and net-wealth conditions. An acquisition must be the first transfer after the declaration of new construction, within three years of that declaration; protected rehabilitation has its own original/successor qualification. Establish the old regional claim for this same home and the actual continuing habitual-home conditions. Current DT1.1 supplies today's 2%/3% income test, so do not reuse the original 2,500,000/250,000-peseta income bands.
For the ordinary sole-owner continuing-home case, record total qualifying current payments T, and the amount N constituting the national home-deduction base. Under the original national-reference ceiling/subtraction wording, use B=max(0,min(T,9,040)−N) with an identified reconciliation of the national and regional amounts, rather than deducting the same payments twice. The 9,040 reference comes from the currently preserved national investment-home limit: DT18 keeps the relevant 68.1 wording. This is a reasoned application of the old provision's national-law reference to the surviving 2026 limit, not a claim that the 1999 text printed 9,040 euros. Do not use the national percentage credit as N: it is the base being subtracted. Keep national eligibility and actual amount used separately established.
The original combined credit ceiling is 41,000 pesetas, increased to 46,000 if the declarant is under 30 at the relevant accrual. EU2866/98 art1 fixes one euro at166.386pesetas; Law46/1998 arts11/26 supplies redenomination and rounding. The converted whole monetary ceilings are 246.41 / 276.47 euros. They are not the current youth-credit 300 limit. Apply min(rate×B, applicable converted ceiling) and the available regional-quota limit, retaining the incorporated combined-cap/joint/other-condition evidence. This calculation concerns the surviving habitual-home claim, not a newly granted second-home10% deduction from the repealed original cohort law.
Separating controls. A sole owner aged50 has a proved qualifying regional claim in2000 for this same new home, continues to satisfy the habitual-home and original requirements, and has20,000 qualifying2026 principal/interest costs. If the verified national home base is6,000, B=9,040−6,000=3,040. With current generalBI minus minimum20,000 and savingsBI1,000, the3%gate passes: 91.20 regional credit, below246.41. If the verified national base is0, B=9,040, giving271.20before the original cap and 246.41 after it. At the2%rate the same base gives 180.80. If total qualifying payments are8,000 and national base6,000, the remaining regional base is2,000 and the3%credit 60, not91.20: reconcile the actual payment pool before the subtraction. A national base9,040 exhausts the common ceiling and leaves0 regional base. Each national amount is a stated verified input; the examples do not establish eligibility, waive a claim requirement or recommend giving up a more valuable national credit. These are statutory-chain computations, not printed2026 agency examples.
The AEAT transitional summary states the rates/new-home condition and compatibility with the separate large-family route, but omits these incorporated base/cap details. That omission is not an express administrative contrary cap or repeal. No live2026software parity or case-specific allocation across different homes/owners is asserted; those need their actual records and applicable rules. Preserve the statutory incorporation if a worksheet appears to award more.

| Domestic water-saving devices | 20% of qualifying acquisition/installation, base cap 300 / credit cap 60; prior regional recognition required | 2026 | Art. 1.Cuatro |
| Renewable-energy installation | 50% / 37.5% / 25% according to the BI bands below; credit cap 7,000, proportional sharing by investment; unused credit carries at most two following periods | 2026 | Art. 1.Cinco |
| Eligible electric vehicle | 30% / 22.5% / 15% according to BI bands below; credit cap 7,000 per vehicle, qualifying base caps by vehicle type; carry at most three following periods | 2026 | Art. 1.Diecinueve |
| Charging infrastructure | AEAT confirms 100% of eligible net base, maximum base 4,000; statutory ownership/operation conditions and at most three following-period carry | 2026 | Art. 1.Veinte, AEAT calculation |
For energy, individual combined BI below 35,000 gives 50%; 35,000 to below 45,000 gives 37.5%; 45,000 to below 60,000 gives 25%; at least 60,000 gives no credit. Joint bands are below 50,000 / 50,000 to below 75,000 / 75,000 to below 95,000, with no credit from 95,000. Vehicle rates for those corresponding bands are 30% / 22.5% / 15%, except that the enacted individual vehicle text overlaps at exactly 35,000: its first band says “no more than” 35,000 and its next says “at least” 35,000. AEAT's table assigns 22.5% at equality. For the published administrative worksheet, use 22.5% at exactly 35,000 individual combined BI. This supplies the agency route; the enacted 30%/22.5% overlap and any claim or rectification seeking the alternative statutory reading remain unresolved. It is not a legislative correction or a binding ruling (art. 1.Cinco/Diecinueve; AEAT vehicle table).
Water-saving devices must satisfy Ley 6/2006 art. 4 and be installed in the habitual home with prior regional recognition. Energy installations must be in a regional habitual home or a regional non-business rental home, exclusively for self-consumption; photovoltaic surplus without compensation is excluded. File the required responsible declaration where applicable, use an authorised installer and compliant invoice, pay by card/transfer/named cheque/account deposit and exclude cash and relevant public aid. Where several taxpayers invest in the same home, share credit and cap proportionately to amounts invested. A homeowners' association must certify each owner's participation and contributions. Apply renewable-energy relief last among regional credits; carry unused quota-limited entitlement for at most two following periods. DA 9's prior-recognition deadline of 30 June 2024 concerns 2023 investments, not a new approval deadline for 2026 expenditure (art. 1.Cuatro/Cinco and DA 9).
Vehicles must be qualifying BEV/EREV/PHEV/fuel-cell models in M1, specified L3e/L4e/L5e electric motorcycles of at least 3 kW and 70 km range, or L1e mopeds; no economic-activity use. Eligible bases, including taxes/costs and less public acquisition aid, are capped at 45,000 for a car, 53,000 for an eight-/nine-seat BEV, 10,000 for a motorcycle or 3,000 for a moped. Direct purchase, leasing and renting can qualify. A new/imported vehicle normally needs first Spanish registration in the entitled person's name; renting can use the company's registration. Dealer demonstrators up to eighteen months old can qualify under the statutory provenance rule. Retain the relevant contract and regional tax domicile in the acquisition year. Hold title five years, except death/total loss, or keep renting at least two years. AEAT allocates direct-purchase relief to the claimant's registration year and leasing/renting relief to contract year, includes the contractual payments/finance costs/purchase option in their acquisition value, and explains equal sharing of jointly contracted vehicle base/credit/cap and optional joint-marital-property sharing. It limits each taxpayer to one vehicle per year (art. 1.Diecinueve; AEAT vehicle implementation).
Charging requires the taxpayer's infrastructure in an owned property or communal garage, for private-use vehicles, an invoice and continued infrastructure ownership/operation for at least two years. Eligible costs are those incorporated from MOVES III incentives programme 2. AEAT confirms 100% relief, completion/invoice-year timing, ownership rather than mere tenancy/usufruct, payer/marital-property attribution, one infrastructure per taxpayer/year and three following-period carry. Follow the statute's express public-aid subtraction: AEAT's page both states that subtraction and later says qualifying MOVES aid does not reduce the base. The latter sentence conflicts with art. 1.Veinte.2 and is not used here. The source-derived shared-infrastructure worksheet below supplies an administrative interpretation; the competing cap-first reading remains unresolved. AEAT orders non-carry credits first, then the vehicle credit, charging credit and renewable-energy credit last (art. 1.Veinte; AEAT charging guidance).
For a shared charger, use this source-derived administrative interpretation: allocate the supported eligible net costs to each entitled claimant first, then apply that claimant's 4,000 limit. Attribute ganancial costs equally; otherwise use each co-payer's actual supported payment. Apply 100% to min(own allocated eligible net costs,4,000), retaining the statutory aid subtraction above. AEAT defines the base by the claimant's amounts paid, attributes those amounts between payers and states 4,000 “por infraestructura de recarga y contribuyente”; its vehicle guidance expressly prorates the base and credit caps, while its charger guidance specifies proration of the deduction without expressly prorating the 4,000 cap. This combined-text reading is an interpretation, not an express worked administrative ruling or a legislative resolution. Net3,000 ganancial gives1,500 each; net4,000 paid75:25 gives3,000/1,000. Shared eligible net6,000 paid equally gives3,000 each; paid75:25 gives4,000/1,500. Each claimant must independently prove ownership, payment and all other existing conditions; occupancy alone does not qualify. Retain each claimant's own available-quota and three-following-period carry ledger: if the equal-share claimant has2,000 available quota, use2,000 and carry1,000. The competing common-cap-first interpretation gives2,000 each for equal shared net6,000, or3,000/1,000 for75:25; that cap-order interpretation and any dispute or challenge remain unresolved. No live2026return-software parity is claimed (regional authority; currentart1.Veinte; AEAT charger amounts, attribution and cap). For a vehicle at exactly35,000individualBI,the published AEAT worksheet is min(22.5% × eligible base,7,000), subject to the existing entitlement, vehicle-base, sharing and available-quota rules. For a qualifying solely owned passenger car with20,000eligible base after aid and no sharing, this gives4,500; with only3,000available regional quota, use3,000and carry1,500for at most the next three periods under the existing ordering. The competing literal30%reading would give6,000; that statutory challenge remains distinct from the supplied4,500administrative amount. Eligible base32,000gives7,000under either reading. No live2026return-software parity or resolution of the legislative overlap is claimed (currentart1.Diecininueve/Veinte;the exactvehicle/charging instructions already cited).

Obtain the beneficiary certificate identifying donor/recipient, project eligibility, amount/date, transfer details or authentic property-delivery document, purpose and irrevocability. The statute provides incompatibility with the regional Patronage Law fiscal credit while operative; specialist cross-credit scope remains unconfirmed. Subtract a national gift base, not the smaller amount of national tax credit, when calculating the two regional money-gift bases (art. 1.Dos).

Maintain regional registered/tax domicile, a genuine non-patrimonial activity and at least one full-time general-regime employee through those three years. The investor can sit on the board but cannot exercise executive/management functions or have an employment relationship with the company for ten years. Hold shares three years, use a public deed identifying investors/amounts and make the required prior regional communication. The expansion-market route instead requires the regional domicile/non-patrimonial activity and no-more-than-10% ownership throughout a two-year hold, plus public deed/prior communication. They cannot relieve the same investment twice (art. 1.Seis/Siete).
