Prices exclude VAT and apply to the scope and limits shown. Your engagement records the services you select and the total fee. Separately priced work is marked in this offer. Monthly plans include standard domestic VAT; OSS and US state sales-tax returns are extras. Government fees are additional unless explicitly included.

What does it cost?
€690 a month per company (£590 in the UK, $1,290 in the US), excluding VAT. That covers bookkeeping, VAT, payroll for up to 5 people, a monthly report, forecasting and a weekly call. The first month runs alongside your current setup at the same price.
We don't want to change accountant. Do we have to?
No. We run a month alongside your current accountant. You compare the numbers and the time it took you, then decide.
What happens to our current finance person?
Nothing. They stop doing data entry and start approving. We are an alternative to the next hire, not to them.
Who do I call when something is wrong?
The accountant named on your account. The same person every month.
Does AI make mistakes?
It does, which is why a named accountant checks what the agents flag and signs the work. Nothing is filed without a person checking it.
We use Xero or QuickBooks. Do we have to move?
No. We work in the software you already have.
Which countries do you cover?
We tell you on the call. Where we do not yet have a licensed accountant, we say so before you commit.
