Questions people ask us
What does it cost?
£495 for the first overdue year, £395 for each further year, then £69 a month to keep the company current. Fixed fees, excluding VAT. Companies House fees are passed on at cost.
Can you stop the strike-off?
Companies House strikes a company off two months after its Gazette notice unless cause is shown. We contact them as soon as we start and file what is missing. If the company is already dissolved, restoring it is a separate process, and we tell you on the call.
I live abroad. Does that matter?
No. We work online, and we can also look at the tax where you live, so the two sides fit together.
What do you need from me?
Bank statements for the period, any invoices and receipts, and authority to act for the company. We send a checklist after the call.
