Questions people ask us

What does it cost?

For the standard package: €149 a month per entity in Europe, the UAE and elsewhere, £99 for a UK entity and $349 for a US entity, with bookkeeping, VAT, payroll for 2 people, the year-end accounts and the company tax return included. One Stop Shop returns are €59 a quarter and US sales tax returns $45 per state. Prices exclude VAT. Large multinational groups are quoted individually.

Do we charge VAT on our software in other countries?

Usually yes when you sell to consumers: digital services are taxed where the customer is, and the One Stop Shop lets you report every EU country in one return. Business customers usually account for it themselves under the reverse charge.

Do we need to register for US sales tax?

It depends on each state. Some states tax software and each sets its own sales threshold. We check which states you have crossed and register you where you must.

What happens to our current accountants?

You tell them you are moving. We request the records and filing history and take it from there. Most of the handover is ours.
