Accounting services · S-corp owners
Accounting records and tax support for S-corp owners.
Audit-Ready S-Corp builds the system that keeps your S corporation's records the way the IRS expects: reasonable salary, accountable plan, home rentals to the business and hours logged as they happen. We test it with a mock audit and a test year full of planted mistakes, and a US CPA or enrolled agent signs off the method. If it fails, your setup fee comes back.

We build for the first 10 clients together and start when those places are filled. Your setup fee is fully refundable if the system fails its tests.
